Initial intake

What to include in a new inquiry.

  • Property name, address, flag, and room count
  • Loan status (CMBS, bank, SBA 504), current balance, and default status
  • Anticipated venue for filing and local counsel identified
  • Consensual vs. contested posture of the borrower
  • Any specific urgencies (franchise termination threat, insurance lapse, safety issue)
  • Preferred scope (preservation, stabilization, sale-track)
